New features:

  • UPDATED: Disabled periods can now be excluded from working time. From now on you can decide if disabled periods at Timeslots should be included in your working time during the day or not. Statistics in the reporting will be calculated accordingly
  • NEW: New column to filter orders in customer queries and active orders tables. From now on you can filter your order by dealer user assigned
  • UPDATED: When importing orders from file you can now add both transport type and order type. With this improvement we provide a table of all available transportation types and relative “number” to put on import file; for the cargo type use 1 for “Full” and 2 for “Partial orders”
  • UPDATED: After orders are imported you can select the ones you want to edit and put the information in bulk
  • NEW: Solution for KPI monitoring released – From now on GoRamp people are able to test the solution and demonstrate it to customers. You are able to create unlimited number of your personalised dashboards, add multiple widgets, put your own filters for date range, warehouse, carrier, load type. we are now offering these main widgets in different angles and visualisations:
    • monitoring of total number of reservations in the warehouse during selected period, number of on time, late and bookings where no one arrived
    • monitoring of warehouse efficiency by planned loading time – you can track what was planned and actual loading time for selected period in selected warehouses and identify difference
    • monitoring of loading efficiency by load type – you can track what was planned and actual loading time of each load type during selected period and identify difference
    • monitoring of carrier statistics – you can track total bookings made, on time, late and not arrived by each carrier or sort a table of all carriers which made a booking during selected period of time
    • SECRET FEATURE: widgets are being updated with the new data automatically every time the new record appear or changes occur. In addition you can go full screen to demonstrate all for bigger audiences
  • UPDATED: GoRamp performance improved – eliminated bottle necks of web transactions responsible for orders in open market and orders which are active. Now changes in orders are being done faster and systems is not being overloaded during the process
  • NEW: New widgets enabled:
    • Number of pallets for selected date range – from now on you can use a counter for today or historical data period which will show you the total number of pallets from the bookings made at your warehouses (counting is working when limit is enabled and number of pallets field appears in reservations)
    • Table to represent transportation statistics by carrier – from now on you can track the total number of orders made by carrier, average costs per order and total amount spent for orders completed by specific carrier during the selected time range
    • Table to represent money spent on transportation by direction – from now on you can create a widget and choose either the data needs to be presented by country or by city – in this table you will see costs as of unloading destination of the orders during selected period
  • NEW: Limit of reservations in the warehouse as of load type – from now on you can set a limit per load type in cases when your warehouse is limited in terms of resources or capacity and can only serve specific number of inbound or onbound booking or bookings where dedicated resources are needed
  • NEW: Privacy policy has been updated – from now on user will be informed about the changes and asked to accept them directly in the product
  • UPDATED: Performance improvements for orders import and new order creation – it simply works faster now
  • NEW: API key generation for every user in the company – from now on admin user may generate API keys for all of their users in the company. In case you are creating shipments using API integration this will help to assign the correct user as the manager for each order
  • UPDATED: Unregistered users will receive emails about their new created reservations in 4 languages: EN, LT, PL, RU
  • NEW: Tolerance limit for late and on time reservations – from now on user when creating widget to track arrivals on time and late will be able to set a tolerance limit for being late at the booking. As an example, if tolerance is 15 minutes, only reservations where carriers where late 16 minutes and more will be counted
  • UPDATED: Tomorrow as a date range in widgets – from now on in specific widgets you will be able to select “tomorrow” as a date range for the metric to be monitored. It is very useful in case you want to quickly check how many reservations are already created for tomorrow, how many pallets or parcels are coming tomorrow and similar cases
  • NEW: API endpoint to change status of the reservation – from now on users are able to change reservation status of the specific booking as of reservation ID
  • NEW: Reservation assignation to registered carriers from drop down list – from now on shipper users, when creating new reservation, will be able to assign a reservation to specific carrier from a list which is made from registered carriers that have relation with shipper company. When reservation is assigned to carrier, carrier user are receiving email about new reservation created for them
  • NEW: Widget to count number of parcels – from now on shipper user may create new widget to count parcels for the selected time range – a field “pcs” is being used to count
  • NEW: Widget in dashboards to track and monitor bookings and arrivals by date by selected ramp or ramps
  • UPDATED: From now on shippers may choose if carrier field is filled in from drop-down list or custom value when creating new reservation
  • UPDATED: From now on carriers are not allowed to cancel, transfer or change reservation time when status is changed to “prepared” or following; shippers cannot cancel reservations when the status “loaded/unloaded” is set
  • UPDATED: When orders are imported from file as new contracted orders or new customer queries, users will be automatically redirected to customer queries or contracted orders page accordingly
  • UPDATED: From now on more fields are being autofilled when reservations is being created from order ir TMS: Order number, consignee (company in loading destination), consignor (company in unloading destination)
  • NEW: Privacy policy for unregistered users – from now on users entering GoRamp without a registration will be asked to accept general terms and conditions of using GoRamp.

Small improvements and fixes:

  • For shipper users with an access to all or own orders carrier information is now available for editing
  • Warehouse settings modal will appear right after login. From now on if you enter warehouse via link and login after the system will ask you to choose warehouse parameters immediately. This will help to avoid incorrect bookings
  • Carriers will be able to edit or cancel all reservations that was made within their account/company. From now on, carrier users can share their work within their team – in case you have a day off or just need help, your colleague with the same level carrier account from your organisation will be able to work with your bookings at GoRamp
  • UI was broken while using 2FA authorisation – SOLVED
  • New registered carrier users in case it was new carrier company as well were being assigned with incorrect role – SOLVED
  • When edited draft shipper users were not able to add new carriers or carriers managers to the draft order – SOLVED
  • When working hours in the ramp were from 00:00 to 24:00 and reservation started one day and finished another it was represented incorrectly – SOLVED
  • Google API for addresses autocomplete updated
  • Carrier user with admin role will be able to manage reservations created by other users within same account (edit or deleted)
  • Mandatory fields validation for all widgets to help user not forget any data set
  • Email for users informing about new recurring reservation created – from now on users will receive one email in case the recurrence is created with the information about the reservation and recurrence itself; in case of changes of specific reservation of recurrence separate email will be sent
  • Emails were not being sent in case dealer is assigned to the order and order is set to active orders – SOLVED
