      : 2-factor-authentication for GoRamp TMS platform –from now on every users credentials are secured with 2 factor authentication. What are the main benefits:

      • UPDATED: Date range when requesting for shipments via GoRamp API – from now on customers integrating our TMS to any 3rd party systems and requiring shipments information for specific date range will be able to put “date from” and “date to” into their requests using our powerful API.

      • UPDATED: Company registration code validation – users, when creating account or registering to their company are always mistaken when asked to put “company code“. From now on we updated the name into “Company registration number” which makes more sense, plus, added additional description for the users to feel even more comfortable when they are not sure what data to fill into registration form. In addition, our system will be automatically validating if the CRN is relevant – no special symbols, no 123 or 321, etc.
      • UPDATED: Invoice date and invoice sum fields when attaching invoice to the order – from now on carriers when attaching the invoice will be asked to fill in the invoice issue date and the sum of the services in the invoice related to the relevant order. Moreover, managers analyzing historical data using our reports will see both date and sum assigned to each order which will make their book-keeping much more effective.

      • UPDATED: Order name in CMR – from now on the order name will be automatically presented in CMRs generated in GoRamp TMS.

      • UPDATED: Reports of Timeslots became much more informative – from now on we include 2 more information columns in the report:
        • Creation date – to be informed when each of the reservation was created
        • Released from territory date and time – to be informed about the actual time the truck left the depo.

      • NEW: Disabled periods/Recurring reservations included in list view in Timeslots – from now on your reporting will become more accurate and data richer. In case you have some fixed reservation – either it is your lunch time or it the same carrier coming every Tuesday at the same time – you can now decide if those reservations should be included in your reporting or not.

        • UPDATED: Disabled periods in case there is already a reservation created – from now on the system will let you know if there is any reservations already created in the same time range that you are going to disabled. So you can decide either serve this reserved time, move it to another day or just cancel. Whichever your decision is, the system will help you handle it in a very easy way.
        • NEW: In Timeslots status change to did not arrive after XX minutes has passed – from now on, all late reservations will be automatically switched to status “Did not arrive”. You may set your tolerance in minutes to enable the trigger.

        Bug fixes and small improvements:

        • Reservation restrictions where not correctly representing restricted time in different time zones – SOLVED.
        • Some users where receiving email notification about updates for the orders they were not assigned to – SOLVED.
        • Transportation type was not changing when editing active orders – SOLVED.
        • The red line marking current time in Timeslots were not updating automatically – SOLVED
        • Editing of some active orders were not working – SOLVED.
        • Shipper were not able to create reservations without transportation type selected – SOLVED.
        • In Timeslots in list view reservation creation time, arrival and departure time was not being presented according the timezone of the user – SOLVED.
